John D. Crow, CEO
John has over 41 years experience specializing in construction related insurance and surety bonds. He’s a well known speaker and risk management consultant and is highly respected by numerous professional associations. He is a former director on the board of the AIA Memphis chapter and is actively involved with continuing education for our professional affiliates and other construction related organizations. He is a managing Partner of the agency.

Donald A. Friedman, President
For 18 years Don has dedicated his insurance career to being the most valuable agent and advisor to both his design professional and real estate clients by assisting them in risk management and the placement of their professional liability insurance. A former director on the board of the AIA, Middle Tennessee Chapter, Mr. Friedman currently serves as past President on the board of PLAN. He was named "Producer of the Year" in 1999 and again in 2001 by DPIC companies. He’s also an excellent seminar facilitator and has won numerous awards in his field. He is a managing Partner of the agency.

Mike Jackson, Vice President Alabama Office
Mike is our professional liability specialist in Alabama. He has over 23 years of experience representing architects, engineers and other design professionals. Mike conducts over 30 seminars a year statewide for the ACEC and AIA as well as individual clients. Mike serves our country as an air pilot in the Alabama Army National Guard and is certified to fly Black Hawk helicopters as well as many other types of military aircraft.

Lee Edmond, Vice President Georgia Office
Lee is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Journalism/Management Sales.
Lee has served the risk management, loss prevention, and insurance needs of architects and engineers exclusively since 1989. Originally, Lee opened the Jim Anderson & Co. office in Birmingham, AL. There he worked closely with the AIA and ACEC offering Loss Prevention seminars and support for legislative activities. As an active member of PLAN (Professional Liability Agents Network), Lee is continually updating his knowledge with trends affecting the design and consulting professions. Lee moved back to the Atlanta area and began working closely with the same organizations in Georgia. Lee is committed to delivering his clients with unique services including contract review, loss prevention seminars, and creative insurance solutions. Lee is married with three daughters, residing in Suwanee, GA.

Steve Brown, CIC, Vice President Georgia Office
Steve has over 19 years experience in Professional Liability Insurance. He holds a BBA in Risk Management & Insurance from the University of Georgia. In addition, Steve has held the CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) Designation for 15 years. He is presently on the PLAN Education Committee. Steve provides valuable education seminars to professional societies and individual firms.

Cherie Tolbert, CIC, Vice President Georgia Office
Cherie is a Certified Insurance Counselor and has been in the insurance business for 25 years. She has dedicated her career to professional clients including Accountants, Physicians and other Healthcare providers, Financial Planners, Investment Advisors, Lawyers and many other Professionals. She is responsible for helping clients protect their professional exposures and management operation through a complete evaluation of their firm or practice and extensive marketing and research of the insurance marketplace.

Louise Williams, Assistant Vice President
Louise is our most experienced account executive for professional liability, property/casualty, auto, and workers comp coverages. She has over 35 years in the insurance industry. She works with John with the placement of insurance in Memphis and the west Tennessee area. Keeping abreast of the constant changing markets, Louise also assists our agency staff in placing our clients with the company offering the best coverage at the most competitive price.
